The service becomes slow and there is an error prompt: Need to call MS Support, even though the key error code is: 0xC004C008.

In many cases, the CID cannot be obtained for more than 20 minutes，Can you set a thread to end automatically after 20 minutes?

Auto call will not available for old users who already purchased Seller account plan when Auto call was included on that plan at the time of buying?
If not , then refund my $5 to my account credit , so that i can use it to get CID. Please do it now urgently, i need to get some CID.
At least do that change from next month for existing users when our current plan goes expired.

Can business account use an unlimited number of Auto Calls at the same time?

Few days before i upgraded my account to Seller account to get Auto Call features , at that time Seller account includes 1000 CID with Auto Call. That's why i bought that plan. 
But now you excluded Auto Call from that plan. Why ? Dose that look fair to you admin ?

You advertised something so i bought and after few days you canceled that. totally unfair.
At least do that change from next month when our current plan goes expired. Please enable auto-call our my account. which you have promised at the time of buying plan.
