At first download Windows 11 Enterprise LTSC 2024 ISO with your preferred display language and create bootable media.
Then create .txt file via Notepad and name it PID (PID.txt).
Copy - paste there:

Close PID.txt saving changes.
Paste PID.txt file in bootable media sources folder.
Start OS installation.
