Note: if your machine does not meet Win 11 Requirements, you need to download 22H2 Beta2(no sysreq) ISO. Installation is without internet connection, installation language is English only, after installation you can download any language and make as a Display Language. I installed it on an external SSD.
MS Store and Defender are in place (I turned it off), no WMP. Updatable; cumulative and security updates only. No activation.
