Experience with KeysoftMojo – Has Anyone Else Worked With Them?

Hello everyone,

I would like to share my experience and also ask if anyone else here has worked with KeysoftMojo.

They made a post here promoting Adobe Creative Cloud services. At that time, I was having serious issues with my previous provider — the service was very unstable, and I was losing clients because of frequent interruptions. Since KeysoftMojo promised better stability, I decided to switch to them.

At the beginning, things were not perfect. There were still some service interruptions, but to be fair, they were usually quick to respond and fix the problems. In some cases, they even compensated by providing pre-activated accounts so my clients could continue working during outages. That helped me manage the situation temporarily.

However, suddenly and without any prior notice, all my clients lost access to their accounts overnight. Since then, I have been trying to contact them for several days. I reached out via Telegram with no response. I also contacted them on WhatsApp — they initially replied, but once they realized who I was, they stopped responding completely.

This situation has put me in a very difficult position with my clients.

Has anyone else had a similar experience with them? Were you able to resolve it?

Also, if anyone here is a reliable provider for Adobe (even Teams profiles), please let me know. I urgently need a stable solution so I don’t leave my clients without service again.
