Windows 10 Enterprise G 21H2 (China Government Edition) Original ISO Installation, Activation & Language Settings
In this post I was writing about modified Windows 10 EnterpriseG (China Government Edition).
I managed to download Windows 10 EnterpriseG original ISO from official homepage and install it on external SSD, make en-US as Display (System) Language. Installation Language is Chinese only.
You can dowload it here:
OneDrive
Before using carefully see Instructions & Readme files inside.
P.S.: Language_Packs_19041_1+Lng_Update ZIP-file includes de-De, en-US, es-ES, fr-FR, ru-RU, uk-UA language packs.
P.P.S.: No mods, no patchs, everything is original, LangPacks are installed via DISM, possible to download them in Language Settings manually as well. Online KMS activation via Command Prompt, possible offline KMS activation with KMS VL ALL AIO
Activation period is 150000 days (410 yrs).
Or you can use WnToHDD for installation.
You can try to install Original OS as normally on internal SSD/HDD but don"t use Rufus, UltraISO, etc, to create bootable media.
Try to make the installation via Sergei Strelec WinPE flash drive.
Maybe creating bootable media with Rufus, UltraISO, etc, is an issue.
The matter is that in GP Chinese programmers blocked receiving the updates from MS and generally Windows Update Center itself.
I don't have any extra internal hdd/sdd, but I can install it like Win To Go on a USB flash drive.
I will be engaged in a couple of days - how free time will appear.
Everything "Not Configured" means that your OS lost editing made by Chinese programmers and turn to normal state. Reason is unknown for me.
Take a look at my screen:
all parameters - Not configured
gpedit.msc -> Administrative Templates -> All Parameters
Check second column - State.
Normally after installing of "clean" (not GP edited) OS all parameters there should be - "Not configured"
If GP is pre-edited some parameters there would be - "Enabled" or "Disabled".
But at first check your OS GP, make screens and drop it here.
You know as far as I remember I had a same issue when I was using this OS Mod.
At first I installed it on the external SSD as Win To Go and everything was OK wih the updates and build.
But when I installed it as normally on the internal SSD I started receiving the updates from MS and build turn to 22H2.
I don"t know the reason why. Now my screens made from original OS installed as Win To Go.
If you have extra SSD or HDD try to install the original OS on it to make Win To Go and check receiving updates and build number after the updating.
For any case: I used to make Win To Go using WinNTSetup.

I will wait for your opinion...
So, I conclude that in my case, in the original, without any changes, Windows 10 Enterprise G 21H2 is being updated to G 22H2.
So, attempt number two)))
Detailed screenshots of OS installation and updates are below.
P.S.
The system is virgin, the English language pack is not installed, no
activation was made using the KMS server, I did not make any changes to
the registry/group policies.
As you can see from the screenshots, updating to 22H2 is also offered for installation.
Judging
by the address from which security updates are downloaded - updates are
downloaded from the Chinese server (domain name - zh-cn) and Chinese
characters in the name of the updates - including on the page itself
with updates.
In the near future I will try to reinstall the system... and download updates from virgin OS without installing the English language pack...
I realy don"t know what is happend to your updating but if you take a look at my screens you can see that all updates I was receiving were with hieroglyphs. But yours is without, I thing your updates are apparently not from Chinese server.
I will choose my free time soon and try to reinstall Windows 10 EnterpriseG without changing anything in it - including not installing the English language pack (I will leave the Chinese one) and try to install updates - and see if the system offers to update to 22H2 or not...
I assume that since the assembly is original Chinese and I did not make any changes to it (I only installed and chose English as the language of the system) - then the system should download updates from the Chinese server...
thx for homebrew Mod
I just added English and chose it as the display language. He did not change regional settings, did not use mod, did not make changes to group policies. OS itself offered to update to 22H2.
Try installing OS yourself and see if the system offers to update to 22H2 or not? I offered... From where OS downloaded the update to 22H2 - I don't know, maybe from the Chinese server, or maybe from the MS servers...
Windows 11 EnterpriseG is not exist yet, maybe it will appear when MS makes Windows 11 Enterprise LTSC.
But you can you download and install its homebrew Mod that I"m using now from here
U did something wrong, this original OS should not upgrade to 22H2 if you really get updates from Chinese server.
Probably you changed Regional Settings or make some changes in Group Policy and started receiving updates from MS.
I had the same when I was using the Mod of this OS.
Theoretically MS itself is able to make some changes in GP during updates that's why is important to get updates from Chinese server only if you want to use original Chinese Windows 10 EnterpriseG.
你好
Nǐ hǎo )))
I liked the system. It works fast. Replaced Chinese with English - I work in the system without problems.
Thank you very much jag1208 @ * .ru
Kind regards

Can you find the full Win 10 Enterprise G 22H2 image? And ideally - Win 11 Enterprise G 22H2 or at least 22H1?
After installation, upgraded OS from Chinese server (?) to version 22H2. Cool))) Normal activation.
I have no idea, If you are from Russia may be you have some troubles with OneDrive access.
