Error code problem

Hi, I have such a problem that when I check the my key, the service (and program tool) first shows that it is an online key(Error code: Online Key), but when I check again, for example after 15 minututes, the service shows that it is a phone key(Error code:0xC004C008) and this happens always. What is the reason for this? Now I'm afraid to check the key a bit.
