How to install Windows 11 Home/Pro without the internet connection and MS account
Microsoft demands to have MS Account to install Windows 11 Home/Pro, so it requires internet connection during installation.
If you don't want to create the Microsoft account or your machine is not connected to the Internet, then you can follow these steps to set up your installation.
During installation, when the setup screen "Let's connect you to the internet" appears, press Shift + F10 to open a Command Prompt and type the command:
OOBE\BYPASSNRO
Press Enter.
Then your PC will reboot and after selecting the language and keyboard layout you should see a new option on setup screen: "I don't have internet".
Choose this option and then click "Continue limited installation" to complete the setup. This will also allow you to set up your PC with a local account instead of the MS account.
