You need to know what version of your office before you find a key on this forum.
so here the way to check:

1.   Press "Windows logo + key X" to open "Command Prompt (Admin)"

2. If you are using Office LTSC 2021, Office 2019 and Office 2016:
For 64-bit (x64) Office 
cd c:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office16\ 

For 32-bit (x86) Office 
cd c:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office16\ 
3. Type cscript ospp.vbs /dstatus, and then press Enter.
