How to remove "System Requirements Not Met" watermark in Windows 11

sv2_desktop_watermark 
Download ZIP above, unpack it. Run Remove the System Requirements Not Met watermark.reg file and agree with the changes in Registry. After that watermark on Desktop and a same writing in Settings should be removed.
If you want to get watermark back, run Add the System Requirements Not Met watermark.reg file.
