Run Registry Editor (hit Win+R, enter regedit and hit Ok)
Go to the PC/HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office and remove 14.0, 15.0 and 16.0 Folders, if any.
By this way you will copletely remove Office (as well as Visio & Project, if any) from Registry.
