If anyone is reading this, please read it until the end. I would really appreciate it. (I’ve attached some photos as evidence at the end of the post.)


To begin with, I met this person or this “company” in September 2025. My main need at that time was paid MS Family administrator accounts, which I purchased repeatedly from that date until now.


I got along well with him and his service was excellent — until now… when I started noticing signs that something wasn’t right.


The first issue I had was with that product. On about five occasions, the accounts stopped working due to a bank chargeback. This happened around three months after I had received the product. He immediately gave me a replacement for only one of them. For the other accounts, he told me he would issue refunds, which I agreed to. However, I NEVER received any refunds from him. He would either stall or act as if he “forgot” about it. Since I was trying to be flexible with him, I simply told him to keep that balance as credit for future purchases. I also told him to refund only the proportional amount corresponding to the remaining time left on the product, because as a seller myself, I understand that sometimes we face issues and these cases can be difficult to handle.


The second issue occurred when I purchased his Adobe service, which ultimately triggered everything. The service started off stable and working well, but later his systems began to fail very frequently. I would always report the issues, and he would resolve them quickly. However, in recent days I filed a complaint and have not received any response from him for about four days.


In the end, he owes me $30 for two MS Family accounts and more than $180 for the Adobe service. I messaged him on WhatsApp; he read my messages but did not reply and continues to ignore me. I fully confirmed this when I asked a friend to message him and mention my case — he did respond to my friend, but only said that he was “having a problem with his Telegram.”


That’s my entire story with him. If you’re thinking about buying from him, please think twice or personally, my recommendation is DO NOT buy from him. I find it very unprofessional that he offered a full-time guarantee.


As advice to everyone: if you have a supplier and you’re about to purchase services for a long period of time, I think it’s better to buy month by month to avoid scams or issues with clients, especially if you are reseller.
