Scammer alert

Be careful guys this scammer telegram : @Officewinmac

He contacted me regarding sell of windows 10 retail keys with guaranteed 99.9% activation ratio. I have paid in advance for 100 Keys and waited me for almost 7-8 hours and then provided 100 Keys were wll blocked keys. Later he replaced with new 100 Keys and from that many keys are showing already used. When i report to him, He says that don't know who used it and says that his all keys are 100% working. Rather than providing me a replacement, he blams on me that i am lying about license activation issues. Everyone knows that retail keys are very hard to get 99.9% activation ratios but still this supplier cheated with me and providing replacement. Please see attached screenshots.
