Project 2024 activation?

Hey!
 I need help. My customer has Office 2024 Pro Plus 2024 LTSC licence activated. He needs Project 2024 licence. However I have found only Project 2024 Bind licences. Won’t there be a problem with compatability, when he has LTSC licence installed?

AFAIK, no Project or Visio 2024 bind licences, they have its own activation keys that have nothing to do with Office keys.
Install Project 2024 Pro VL via ODT and activate with key like that
