GetCID price input changing to 0.5 automatically

Is it me or the GetCID price input changing to 0.5 automatically?
I have it set to 0.2-0.3 always but seomtimes it just goes to 0.5$.
It it normal, do I have to check everytime? Or someone's messing with the prcing?
