WHy is it taking so long to getcid without any announcement from the admin?

I wish the admin notifies us about outages or any problems with the system.
I like this site, been using it for a long time now, but problems like this we need to hear from the master.

So, what is the problem and when is it going to get fixed?

I do lots of getcid a day and I can't keep thinking it's gonna be fine.
