How long do the already activated keys last?

Keys already activated on different computers, when they become 0xC004C060 or 0xc004c003, these computers are affected or continue to work. And you can keep updating both windows and office or no longer.

Can We reuse same key(key with 0xC004C060 or 0xc004c003 error code) in same computer after we reinstall windows OS again? Will the license key work as before?
