Why is it that I successfully got the CID point by calling, but after completing the task, I did not get an increase in the number of attempts? Even if I called twice, it only increased by one attempt

Does it mean that the task will be reassigned to other people before 15 minutes have elapsed, and whoever submits the task first, even if it is the same task being duplicated and reassigned, will be considered as the owner of the task

Same for me lol, its done within 7 minutes and i got the cid result on phone.

I did not timeout. It took me less than five minutes to complete the task from the time I received it

Hi friend! This may the installation id time out, you take much time (more than 15 minutes) to get cid so it automatically removed out your job list.
