You can copy Error Code and paste it in any searching engine (for instance, Google) to find out installation problem.
As far as I can see you don't have internet connection, if you install Office VL, you must have it.

You can download retail iso version, then use Auto Activation Tool to convert to VL version.

Use office C2R to force remove office

Restart computer and install office again
