How to install manually now:
1. Download W10UI_10.17.zip (update installer) and unzip W10UI_10.17 folder.
2. Download For_Windows_11_x64.zip or For_Windows_11_ARM64.zip according to your PC platform.
3. Run SSU 22572.100 (.MSU) file (Servicing Stack 10.0.22572.100) by double-clicking and install it.
4. Place two Windows11.0-KB5012886 files (.CAB and .PSF) into the W10UI_10.17 folder.
5. Run W10UI.cmd file as administrator and hit 0 to start installation.
6. Hit 9 at the end of the installation.
7. Reboot PC.
8. Done.
