Note:
No need to turn off any AV.
1. Unpack ZIP
2. Keep unpacked files together (in one folder)
3. Run .cmd-file as Admin.
4. Done
P. S.: If you reinstall the OS with such Digital License, enter this Generic Key for auto-reactivation (internet connection is must): 43TBQ-NH92J-XKTM7-KT3KK-P39PB
P. P. S.: I have made this Script on the basis of Script from this post.
But unfortunately, I am not able to check it "cause I don"t have now Win 10 Enterprise LTSC 2019 installed, so it would be great if someone check it and give feedback. The Script will do no any harm to your OS, in worst case your OS just would not be activated.

Not so long ago someone wrote that the Script was not working.
That"s untrue, it"s working, I have just activated portable Win 10 Enterprise LTSC 2019 (Windows To Go created with WinToUSB).
You just need to wait while the activation process is fully finished regardless what words might appear in Command Prompt window.
In CMD window you could see that "some file not found..., etc...", don"t pay attention to this, just wait for the activation process is completed.
