Hello, When I try to get Confirmation ID system gives this "Need to call MS Support" Error every time. Is it same for all?

Everything work ok right now. I did not see any reported error from the server from 3 hours ago.

sếp ơi lỗi get cid từ tối qua giờ nó vẫn ko lấy cid được, check key thì vẫn bt nhưng get lấy cid nó toàn báo phải call trong khi key vẫn còn lượt kích hoạt và 008, qua trang khác get thử thì lại được, chắc mục get cid bị sao đó rồi đó sếp

i call MS to get CID after failed to get em on GetCID..after awhile system says still confirmation and finally says it failed to process an working hours is bla bla..suddenly, result appear on web GetCID. this is totally weird

Yes. The gointeract site changed, so my website is not works as normally.
